The tray solves the part of chopping nobody enjoys: getting everything off the board and into something. Sweep straight off the edge and it lands in the drawer below. Pull the tray out, carry it to the pan, slide it back.

Care
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water, then dry standing on edge. Oil occasionally with any food-safe wood oil to keep the grain from drying out. Not dishwasher safe, the heat and the standing water are what split wooden boards.
The tray runs on a plain wooden channel, so there is nothing to jam and nothing to replace.
Acacia, mango, haldina and sheesham. No veneer, no particle board.
Cut, finished, and on the carved pieces patterned by hand.

Wash, dry standing on edge, keep it out of the dishwasher.
