Care
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water, then dry standing on edge. Oil occasionally with any food-safe wood oil to keep the grain from drying out. Not dishwasher safe, the heat and the standing water are what split wooden boards.
Raised rails on three sides, which is the difference between chopping and chasing onion across the counter.
Acacia, mango, haldina and sheesham. No veneer, no particle board.
